This questionnaire is designed to learn about you and
your family in order to help us pick the right puppy for
you. We are in no way trying to be nosy, we just want to
make sure that a Coton is a suitable match, both for you
and the puppy. We can also get a better idea of what
exactly would suit you. If you feel more comfortable with a
phone call or email, please feel free. Occasionally an
